5. Booking Conditions

1. Payment must be made prior to the course commencement
2. A reservation can only be confirmed when full payment is received
3. Substitution can be made at anytime in writing with a minimum of one week's ample notice prior to the event for necessary admin arrangements
4. All cancellation must be done in writing. Cancellation made 30 days prior to the event will not incur cancellation charges. Cancellation made between 30 to 21 days prior to the even an amount equivalent of 20% of the total booking fee will be levied.
5. Cancellation received less than 21 days before the event commencement, the full booking fee must be paid and no refund will be available. Delegate will receive a copy of the course material.
